Call of Duty 9

Nothing much to say, but that this call of duty game is not the same call of duty as the one mentioned in the previous post. Rumors are that this game maybe Black ops 2 and takes place in the future however! I don't know black ops 2 taking place in the furture highly doubt it, knowing black ops takes place during the cold war and vietnam war, and knowing the cold war has been on for more than 40 years(from 1950 Korean war to 1991 Persian gulf war and the end of the cold war and Soviet Russia) I think it will take place in the 70s and early 80s i think mostly in the 80s because that's when the irag and iran war started and both the us and russia was part of it, but that's just my opinion, if it's going to take place in the future they wont call it black ops 2 but I don't know exactly so we'll see on may 1st can't wait.

Future

Before being switched to become the co-developers of Modern Warfare 3, Sledgehammer Games were already working on a Call of Duty game. This game was announced before Modern Warfare 3 and after Black Ops, however, no details were released. The game was said to be an action-adventure first-person shooter video game. A Call of Duty massively multiplayer online game was also rumored to be in development. Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg later stated that Modern Warfare 3 was not the same title as Sledgehammer Games' action-adventure Call of Duty game. When asked if the action-adventure game was also in development, Hirshberg then stated that the Sledgehammer team was fully focused on Modern Warfare 3 and that their own title had been put on hold.

Call of Duty Title cancelled

Call of Duty: Devil's Brigade has been cancelled! This call of duty game was to take place back to world war 2 but not in Africa, Germany, France, Pacific, or Russia but in Italy. After victory on driving Mossulini's forces out of North Africa the American and allied troops marched into Italy, starting with a successful invasion of Sicily and so on, and how the allied forces stopped Mossulini and his facist plaque in Italy. One person in my opinion that the story was going to be told through would be ww2 veteran, also known as the most decorative soldier ever Audie Murphy of the United States Army. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audie_Murphy (more details about him). But we will never know since the game has been cancelled, I'm still patiently waiting for a call of duty game that focuses on the Korean war and the beginning of the Cold war era.
